Percy Winters, Jr’s Retirement Celebration

After over 26 years with Multnomah County, Percy’s last day was June 30 and it’s time to celebrate!

His career spanned not only the County, but included positions such as President of AFSCME Local 88 and chairing the Northwest Public Employees Diversity Conference.

Date and Time

Wednesday, July 29, 2026 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm. You can stop by anytime between those hours but we plan on having remarks from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
